Last day of the month… and last lecture day for our
Microbiology subject. It was such an uninteresting day -- nothing new --
everything so usual.
By the way, our dinner for tonight is dinengdeng.
I just realized, I have already tried preparing different meals, but this, our
very own native food, I haven’t yet. To think, I have always love Mommy’s
dinengdeng aka buridibud ever since old times. But I still didn’t know how to
cook it. I mean, I know the ingredients and how to chop and slice the
vegetables, but not the sequence of putting the ingredients and other necessary things to follow while cooking. I
must learn it soon.
